Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and mz356 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use any Service on the mz356 Platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. mz356 enforces this requirement strictly and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 Residency. The mz356 Platform is designed and operated primarily for users located in Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia or that access to and participation in online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your location.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts under applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether in your own name, under aliases, or through proxies — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. mz356 relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment processing. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date at all times.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mz356 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any funds held within it to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
3.5 mz356 Rights on Registration. mz356 reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion — including where it suspects that the information provided is false or misleading, where it has concerns about fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing, or where applicable law or regulatory obligations require it to do so.
4.1 Verification Obligation. mz356 operates in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) standards. As a condition of continued access to the Platform — and in particular as a condition of processing any withdrawal — mz356 may require you to submit documentation verifying your identity, age, and residential address.
4.2 Acceptable Documents. Documents accepted for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:
4.3 Timing. mz356 may request KYC documents at any stage — on registration, during gameplay, before processing a withdrawal, or following a significant change in account activity. Withdrawals may be held pending successful KYC completion.
4.4 Failure to Verify. If you fail to provide the requested documentation within the timeframe specified by mz356 support, the Platform reserves the right to restrict your Account, suspend withdrawals, or close your Account in accordance with applicable AML policy.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit on mz356 is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion specifies a higher threshold. Deposits below the minimum will not be credited to your Wallet.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal on mz356 is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will be declined.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals from your Real Money Balance are processed at any time subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding wagering requirements on funds that remain in your Bonus Balance. mz356 will not process withdrawals to payment methods that are not registered in your name.
5.5 Source of Funds. All funds deposited into your mz356 Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
5.6 Currency. All transactions on the mz356 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). mz356 does not accept deposits in cryptocurrency at this time.
5.7 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for continuous period of 12 months is classified as dormant. mz356 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, which will be communicated to you by email prior to any deduction.
Transparency Commitment: mz356 publishes full bonus terms — including wagering requirements, minimum deposit, validity period, and maximum withdrawal caps — at the point of each individual offer. The clauses below establish the general framework applicable to all promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise.
6.1 General Eligibility. To be eligible for any bonus or promotional offer at mz356, you must hold a verified Account in good standing. Bonuses are offered at the sole discretion of mz356 and may be withdrawn, amended, or replaced at any time with reasonable notice.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless an offer explicitly states "no wagering", all bonuses awarded by mz356 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., "10×") applied to either the bonus amount alone or the combined deposit and bonus amount, as specified in the individual offer.

6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated wagering requirements carry a validity period stated in each offer. If the wagering requirement is not met within the validity period, the Bonus Balance and any winings derived from it will be forfeited automatically. The Real Money Balance is unaffected by bonus expiry.
6.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winings generated by a bonus is capped at five times (5×) the original bonus amount. Winings in excess of this cap will be removed from the Wallet upon withdrawal processing.
6.6 Abuse and Fraud. mz356 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk staking patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without meaningful risk exposure; collusion between multiple Accounts; and misuse of referal or welcome-bonus schemes. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have the relevant bonus and associated winings voided and may be subject to permanent suspension.
6.7 One Welcome Bonus Per Household. The welcome deposit bonus is available once per individual, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus on multiple Accounts from the same household or IP address will result in the forfeiture of all such bonuses and may trigger a full account review.
7.1 Accepted Bets. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the mz356 Platform, it is final and binding. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the User except where the Platform offers a specific "Cash Out" function and the User exercises that function within the permitted window.
7.2 Void Bets. mz356 reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were clearly and materially eroneous due to a technical or human error; the event was cancelled or abandoned before reaching its settlement threshold; or where evidence of match-fixing or event manipulation is detected by mz356 or an affiliated integrity body.
7.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and vary by event type, market, and the User's Account tier. Current limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a wager. mz356 reserves the right to amend stake limits for specific markets or for individual Accounts at its discretion.
7.4 Sportsbook Settlement. All sports betting markets are settled using official results as published by the relevant governing body or league — including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, and others. In-play settlements reflect the state of play at the time a bet is placed, as captured by the Platform's data feed. mz356's settlement decisions are final.
7.5 Casino Game Integrity. All casino games available on the mz356 Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. Live casino games are operated by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. mz356 does not manipulate game outcomes and is not responsible for outcomes in games governed by certified RNG or live dealer operations.
7.6 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during an active gaming session, mz356 will make all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the session from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, any bet that cannot be verified will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Wallet.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the mz356 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, software, text, data feeds, and game content provided by third-party studios — is the property of mz356 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Permitted Use. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content.
9.3 Prohibited Actions. You must not use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or data-harvesting software to access, copy, or index any part of the mz356 Platform without prior written consent from mz356. Any such activity will result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mz356 Platform and will result in Account suspension, fund forfeiture, and may result in reports being made to relevant authorities:
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mz356 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
11.2 mz356 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform availability. mz356 shall not be liable for any loss arising from such interruptions.
11.3 mz356 is not responsible for the conduct of third-party game studios, live dealer operators, or payment processors, except to the extent expressly agreed in separate service-level commitments published on the Platform.
11.4 In all circumstances, mz356's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total value of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
11.5 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 mz356 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the address registered on your Account.
12.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the amendments take effect.
12.3 The version of the Terms governing any specific transaction or event is the version that was current at the time that transaction or event occurred.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mz356 holds its international gaming licence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and mz356, we encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an informal resolution. mz356 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly.
13.3 Formal Proceedings. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 calendar days of a written dispute being submitted to mz356 Customer Support, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body designated by the licensing jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitration panel orders otherwise.
13.4 Indonesian Legal Context. You acknowledge that you are aware of the legal framework governing online gambling in Indonesia and that you access and use the mz356 Platform at your own risk and legal responsibility. mz356 does not represent that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction and expressly disclaims all liability arising from your decision to access the Platform from Indonesian territory.
